Short version: we use what you send us to answer your request, and we do not sell it to anybody.

Our form asks for your name, phone number, email, the address of the property and a short description of what you are considering. Some people also tell us roughly what they pay for power each month. That is the whole list, and none of it is required beyond a way to reach you back.

We use your information to contact you about your request, to design a system for your address, and to pull the utility and incentive rules that apply where you live. If you ask us for a quote, we will use your details to prepare one. That is the extent of it.

By submitting, you agree Sun Worx may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We do not send marketing blasts, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.

We do not sell your information. We do not trade it to lead brokers, lenders or other contractors. If a third party ever needs a piece of it to complete your project, such as a utility interconnection filing or a permit application, we tell you first.

Our site uses basic analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages people read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Your browser can block or clear those cookies at any time, and the site will still work.

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email and we will handle it. If you opt out of texts, we will still reach you by phone or email if you want us to.
